Bob Downs has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as a Realtor at Remax Action Associates since April 2015, where the focus is on single-family homes and townhomes in Chester and Delaware Counties, as well as support for residential investors in the Philadelphia suburbs. Additionally, Bob is the Owner of Homestead Houses, a residential real estate investment company that specializes in single-family rental properties and rehabs in Philadelphia, a position held since February 2007.
