Richard Klemkowski

Richard Klemkowski has a strong background in the real estate and mortgage industry. Richard started their career in 2001 as the President of Alltrust Mortgage Corporation, where they specialized in residential mortgage lending, new construction loans, and purchase and refinance services. In 2002, they also became the President of True Title Services and Alltrust Realty, where they oversaw property management, development, and strategic planning.

In 2010, Richard joined BayTech as the Director of Business Development, a position they held until 2014. Richard then moved on to Remax Commercial in 2013, where they became the Director of Commercial Real Estate. Currently, Richard is serving as the President of Open House Lending Corporation, a preferred mortgage company for new home builders and real estate firms.

Throughout their career, Richard has gained extensive experience in various roles, demonstrating their expertise in the real estate and mortgage industry.

Richard Klemkowski attended Calvert Hall College High School for an unknown period of time. Richard then pursued Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Anne Arundel Community College. Later, they also attended North County High School without specifying the duration. In 2011, Richard obtained the Maryland Port Security Clearance (TWIC) certification from The Maryland Port Administration.
