Rachel Scollard

Rachel Scollard is an experienced licensed realtor currently working at Remax of Nanaimo since March 2022. Prior to this, Rachel held various prominent roles including Assistant Vice President and General Manager at Blackwood Partners, overseeing a mixed-use development featuring 140 retail stores and an SFU campus. Rachel served as Director of Retail Leasing at QuadReal Property Group, managing the leasing of 1 million square feet at Oakridge Centre, a highly productive shopping center in Vancouver. With a background at Ivanhoé Cambridge, Rachel's roles included Development Leasing Manager for Tsawwassen Mills and Property Manager for Oakridge Centre, where daily operations were managed for one of Canada's highest producing shopping centers. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Retail Management from Ryerson University and has completed additional real estate education at UBC Sauder School of Business and the University of Southern California.
