Melanie Schmidt

Melanie Schmidt is a seasoned real estate executive with extensive experience in strategic consulting, business planning, and sales strategy development. Since October 2013, Melanie has served at RE/MAX Results, focusing on contract negotiations for buyers, sellers, and investors. Previously, Melanie held the position of Director of Education with the Council of Residential Specialists for the Minnesota Chapter, working to enhance educational opportunities and engagement within the local real estate community. Prior roles at Keller Williams Premier Realty, Edina Realty, and Prudential Lovejoy Realty involved generating new residential sales and providing comprehensive customer satisfaction. Early in Melanie's career, office management and sales responsibilities were managed at Sunwood Homes. Melanie's educational background includes studies in Business Administration and Management at Mankato West and additional coursework at RCTC and Edina University.
