Luis María Varela

Luis María Varela is the founder of Remax Encore Argentina, established in December 2021, following 13 years of experience with Remax. Varela has also been the owner of Remax Liberty since May 2008, integrating into a leading network of real estate services with over 150 offices across 42 cities in Argentina. In addition to roles as a broker and auctioneer, Varela emphasizes a team philosophy centered on human values and specialization to empower agents in helping clients achieve their dream lifestyles. Varela serves as a facilitator for Buffini & Company and as a trainer for the National Association of REALTORS® and RE/MAX Argentina, focusing on the education of new real estate agents. Previous experience includes serving as a commercial manager at HogarFe Inmobiliaria from 1997 to 2008. Varela holds a degree in Public Auctioneer and Commercial Broker from Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora and has further training from ICIR - Instituto de Capacitación Inmobiliaria & Registral.
