Timothy Moll has extensive work experience in various fields. Timothy started their career in 1989 as a Loan Analyst at Vistar Bank. In 1994, they served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Timothy then joined Rembolt Ludtke LLP in 1995, where they currently hold the position of Partner/Chief Financial Officer. In 1997, they also became an Adjunct Tax Professor at the University of Nebraska College of Law. Additionally, they have been the Chairperson of the Community Redevelopment Authority of the City of Seward, Nebraska since 2009.

Timothy Moll obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Concordia University, Nebraska, between the years 1985 and 1989. Timothy then pursued higher education and completed their J.D. (Juris Doctor) degree in Law from the University of Nebraska College of Law, studying from 1991 to 1994.
