Gonzalo Marquez

Gonzalo Marquez has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the finance and business development sector. Gonzalo is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Opción YO since January 2021. Previously, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Citamora Processes Inc. from February 2020 to December 2020, and Vice President of Business Development from October 2012 to January 2020. Prior to that, Gonzalo was the Managing Partner at Falcon Opportunity Partners from June 2008 to June 2012 and the Chief Financial Officer at Mobius Security Group from 2003 to 2008. Gonzalo started their career at Bank of America in 1994 as a Principal, Associate, and Analyst, where they were actively involved in private equity transactions in various industries including food & beverage, healthcare, media & entertainment, and retail.

Gonzalo Marquez completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Gonzalo further enhanced their professional skills and knowledge by participating in the OPM - Key Executives Program at the Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2006.
