Mandeep Johar

Mandeep Johar is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Remco since January 2021, Mandeep oversees operations for five facilities across Canada, catering to over 40 contract clients across various industry verticals. Prior to this role, Mandeep was the Senior Operations Manager at ASL Distribution Services Limited, managing eCommerce operations for major clients such as Amazon and Walmart. Mandeep's earlier experience includes serving as National Operations Manager at Dynacare, where significant improvements in performance were achieved, and as Operations Manager and Supervisor at UPS, contributing to a broad range of logistical operations. Mandeep holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from Delhi University.
