George Arbutina

George Arbutina has extensive work experience in project management and environmental protection. George began their career as a Class of '79 graduate from the USCG Academy. George then served as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard for eight years, where they held various roles, including Operations Officer aboard a buoy tender and Marine Environmental Protection Officer for the USCG Captain of the Port.

In 1987, George transitioned to the private sector, joining Rollins Environmental Services as a Field Project Manager. George then moved on to CB&I in 1988, where they worked as a Project Manager until 2017. At CB&I, George demonstrated their expertise in managing projects and ensuring their successful completion.

George's career continued at APTIM, where they held the position of Project Director for 30 years. During their tenure, they effectively led numerous projects and contributed to the company's success. In 2019, George joined Remedial Construction Services, L.P. (RECON) as a Project Director, further showcasing their strong project management skills.

George Arbutina attended Quaker Valley High School in Leetsdale, PA from 1972 to 1975. There is no information about a degree or field of study during this time.
