Rhian Phillips

Rhian Phillips has a strong background in scientific services and research. They currently hold the position of Scientific Services Director at Remedica since December 2021 and previously served as the Associate Scientific Director from February 2018 to December 2021. Prior to their current role, Rhian worked as the Editorial Manager at Remedica from March 2012 to February 2018. They started their career at Remedica as a Senior Editor in October 2005 and held the position until April 2012.

Before joining Remedica, Rhian worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Imperial College London from August 2001 to October 2005. They began their research career as a PhD student at NIMR from 1997 to 2000. Rhian also gained experience as a Placement Student at Sandoz Pharma/Novartis from July 1995 to June 1996.

Rhian Phillips completed a BSc in Pharmacology from the University of Bath, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a PhD in Immunology and leukocyte trafficking at the MRC National Institute for Medical Research, University College London, U. of London, from 1997 to 2000.
