Nessan Costello

Nessan Costello, PhD, is a seasoned Sport Nutrition Consultant currently affiliated with REMEDY since August 2023 and as a Senior Lecturer at Leeds Beckett University since September 2018. With an extensive background in professional sports nutrition, Costello has served as a consultant for various high-profile teams, including Middlesbrough FC, Chelsea Football Club, The Rugby Football League Women's National Team, Huddersfield Town Football Club, Newcastle United Football Club, Leeds United Football Club, Bath Rugby, and Leeds Rhinos Rugby League Club. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from Leeds Beckett University and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in related fields from Loughborough University.
