Whitney works with plan sponsors to provide pharmacy insights and advice to help them make the best decisions for their members. She works collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure a client has actionable information to help improve their plan’s performance. Previously, she worked as a data analytics and client solutions specialist at a pharmacy coalition, where she helped plan sponsors collect, research, and analyze their pharmacy benefits data. She provided support to clients to ensure a collaborative and productive relationship with their PBM. As a data analytics specialist, Whitney organized and interpreted data to assist HR teams in their decision-making. Whitney recently obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute. She also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Additionally, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kent State University, with a double major in finance and business management.
