Henrik Hautamäki

Henrik Hautamäki's work experience begins in 2009 as an Office Support Trainee at Hannes Snellman. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at Dittmar & Indrenius, holding positions as a Junior Trainee, Knowledge Management Trainee, and Associate Trainee. In 2014, Hautamäki joined Hannes Snellman as an Associate Trainee and later became an Associate Lawyer, specializing in M&A. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Associate, where they advised clients on complex M&A and capital markets transactions. Hautamäki joined Remedy Entertainment Plc in 2021 and initially served as a Legal Director. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Legal.

Henrik Hautamäki pursued their education in a systematic manner and focused primarily on the field of law. Starting in 2005, they attended Gymnasiet Grankulla Samskola for three years and completed their Matriculation Examination in 2008. Afterward, they joined the University of Helsinki in 2009 and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in 2015. In 2013, they broadened their horizons by participating in an exchange program at the National University of Singapore, further enriching their legal knowledge.
