Jim Moylan

Jim Moylan currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Design & Construction at Remedy Medical Properties, a position held since April 2018. Prior experience includes significant roles at Duke Realty Corporation, where Jim was Vice President of Construction for Healthcare, overseeing a team dedicated to the design and construction of various healthcare projects nationwide. Earlier positions at Equis Corporation and Duke Realty encompassed roles from Project Manager to Director of Design & Construction, contributing to extensive experience in managing healthcare construction efforts. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Technology from Purdue University, earned between 1986 and 1991.
