Justin Pawlak

Justin Pawlak is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in healthcare real estate and business development. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President & Managing Director of Business Development at Remedy Medical Properties since October 2017, Justin leads initiatives in acquisition, development, leasing, management, and strategy consulting for the largest private owner of healthcare facilities in the United States. Prior to this role, Justin held senior positions at Percival Health Advisors, where the emphasis was on strategic innovation for healthcare organizations, and at NexCore Group, focusing on healthcare development opportunities. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Northern Heritage, Inc. and Edgemark Commercial Real Estate. Justin holds a Master of Science in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver and a BA in Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
