Korbinian Riedhammer

Korbinian Riedhammer has had an extensive work experience, beginning in 2008 with a Visiting Researcher position at ICSI. Korbinian then moved to the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg in 2009 as a Research Scientist. In 2010, they returned to ICSI as a Visiting Researcher. In 2013, they became a Speech Technologist at EML European Media Laboratory GmbH. In 2012, they returned to ICSI as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist. In 2014, they became a Founder at both Mod9 Technologies and Remeeting. In 2016, they became a Full Professor at the University of Applied Sciences Rosenheim, teaching advanced concepts of programming and machine learning and conducting research focused on speech recognition and understanding. In 2019, they became a Full Professor at Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm.

Korbinian Riedhammer began their education in 1994 at the JMF Gymnasium. Korbinian then attended FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Diplom in Computer Science. Korbinian continued their studies at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Doktor-Ingenieur (Ph.D.) in Computer Science.
