Xiaoshan Min

Xiaoshan Min is an experienced biophysicist currently serving as Executive Director at RemeGen Biosciences since September 2020, where responsibilities include formulating and executing strategies for early discovery research and leading multiple projects from target selection to IND submission. Previously, at Amgen from 2006 to September 2020, Xiaoshan held positions including Principal Scientist, leading structural biology efforts across three therapeutic areas, and Senior Scientist, managing structural biology support for various projects. Xiaoshan began the professional journey with a Ph.D. in biophysics from UT Southwestern Medical Center, following a Master’s degree in biophysics from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree from Wuhan University.
