Remi is a culture building platform for remote and distributed teams to help them build culture and connection, easily and effectively. Remi uses daily and weekly team building rituals as the core mechanism to help teams build culture: by forming habits through repeated interactions and nudges, teams can build strong connection habits. Thecompany was founded in early 2021 by Valerie Krämer (formerly Twitter and Opinary), Rebecca Görres (Organizational Psychologist and LSE graduate, formerly Prophet and Samsung) and Franco Gotusso (formerly Engineering Team Lead at Typeform). Remi is focused on building and maintaining company culture for those organizations that are choosing a long-term remote or hybrid approach and help them scale without losing sight of their most precious asset: their employees.
