Alon Romano is an R&D Food Scientist at Remilk since August 2022 and a PhD student in Biotechnology and Food Engineering at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where involvement has been ongoing since October 2016. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Food Science and Technology obtained in August 2022, a Master of Science in Biotechnology and Food Engineering earned in 2018, and a Bachelor of Science in the same field completed in 2016, all from the Technion. Previous experience includes roles as a student worker at Novetide Ltd. specializing in peptide synthesis and purification, and at Technion working on the analysis of antimicrobial agents using HPLC. Alon Romano also served in the Israel Defense Forces as a Project Information Manager and Military Intelligence Officer, where responsibilities included managing information systems and user training.
