Yael Kaufman

Yael Kaufman is currently working at Remilk as a Bioprocess senior scientist, Team leader downstream process, and Co-product scientist. Prior to this, Yael worked at BiomX Inc as an R&D senior scientist and Team leader in assay development microbiology. Yael's experience also includes research and teaching positions at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Microbiology & Molecular Genetics. Before that, Yael worked as a Paramedic at Natali Healthcare Solutions and as a Medical Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, including serving as a Paramedic at the IDF field hospital in Haiti after the 2010 earthquake. Yael holds a PhD in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics, a Master's degree in Microbiology and Molecular genetics, a Bachelor's degree in Biology, and a degree in emergency medicine.
