Rotem Madar

Rotem Madar has worked in various roles since 2012. In that year, they began their career with the Israel Defense Forces as an Operation Officer in the Combat Engineering Corps. From 2012 to 2020, they held two additional roles with the IDF, Head of Reserve Mobility Department and Head of Special Soldiers' Department. In 2020, they began working as an Administrative Manager at Menachem Begin Regional High School. Currently, Rotem Madar is employed as a People Operations Specialist at Remilk.

Rotem Madar obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS in Business Administration, specializing in HR from Peres Academic Center in 2017. Following this, Rotem Madar completed a Master's degree in Organizational Consulting and Development from Peres Academic Center in 2018.
