Daniel Engelbarts

Daniel Engelbarts has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Daniel started their career as a Press Spokesperson at CAMPS International GmbH from 1994 to 1998. Daniel then worked as a Freelancer for AME Aigner Media & Entertainment GmbH, where they contributed as a Redakteur for the netNewsletter and as a "TelefonSpion" for netRadio on Bayern3.

In 1999, Engelbarts joined Bild.T-Online.de AG & Co KG as a Produktmanager and later became the Head of Product management / Transactions from 2000 to 2008.

From 2008 to 2014, Engelbarts was a Partner and Board Member at ECONA AG. During their time there, they also founded SPARWELT GmbH, now a part of Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland, where they served as Founder & Senior Advisor from 2016 to 2016 and as Founder & CEO from 2008 to 2015.

Engelbarts continued their entrepreneurial ventures by founding remind me GmbH in 2017, where they currently hold the position of Founder & CEO.

In 2017, Engelbarts also took on the role of Spar-Detektiv // Experte & Journalist at SAT.1. And in 2019, they became a Founding Member & Supporter at Leaders for Climate Action. Furthermore, starting from 2010 up to the present, they have been serving as the geschäftsführender Gesellschafter / CEO at MEDIAHOMES Vermögensverwaltung GmbH.

Daniel Engelbarts attended the University of Applied Sciences Wedel from 1993 to 1999, where they studied business informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik). Prior to that, they attended Hohenstaufen-Gymnasium Kaiserslautern, and later Technisches Gymnasium Kaiserslautern, where they obtained their Abitur degree. No specific start or end dates were provided for their time at Hohenstaufen-Gymnasium Kaiserslautern or Technisches Gymnasium Kaiserslautern.
