Shana Lebofsky

Shana Lebofsky has over 25 years of experience in finance and operations. Shana began their career in 1992 as an Accountant for The Pep Boys - Manny, Moe and Jack, where they analyzed and capitalized expenditures for all new stores, reconciled general ledger accounts to fixed asset ledger, and prepared and collected data for Sales & Use Tax audits. In 1993, they moved to Seton Company as an Accountant, where they developed cash flow projections for use by the executive team for optimal daily investment, prepared Federal and State Income Taxes (Partnership and Consolidated), Real Estate Taxes, Personal Property Taxes and Sales & Use Taxes, and completed bank reconciliations for cash accounts and investment accounts. In 1998, they became a Senior Accountant at IKON Office Solutions, where they prepared and met deadlines of state and local returns, including income, franchise and annual reports, and implemented and maintained CorpTax software. Shana then moved to Fleet Credit Card Services in 1999 as a Manager of Finance, where they performed client accounting for all affinity products, including allocation of expenses, client P&L statements, forecasting, client billing, and cash flow projections, and prepared all month end journal entries. In 2005, they joined Comcast Cable as a Director of Finance and Operations, where they were responsible for the financial oversight of multiple joint ventures, technology entities and International entity, including monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. In 2018, they joined Temenos as Finance Director of North America, where they were responsible for ensuring global and regional-specific financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems were properly followed, and had oversight of financial close, forecasting, budgeting, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Most recently, in 2020, they joined ReminderMedia as Vice President of Finance.

Shana Lebofsky earned their MBA in International Business Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University between 1994 and 1997. Prior to that, they earned their BS in Accounting from the University of Delaware between 1988 and 1992.
