Ryan Huber has a background in software engineering and helicopter mechanics. Ryan is currently employed as a Software Engineer at Remine and Souper Bowl of Caring, both since 2021. Previously, they worked at Metro Aviation, Inc. from 2013 to 2021 as a Helicopter Mechanic, where they operated a satellite hangar facility and organized and implemented associated administrative tasks. From 2001 to 2013, they worked as a Helicopter Mechanic for the US Army, where they maintained fleets of scout helicopters and led 10-15 squads and platoons of soldiers. Ryan also engaged in multiple deployments, such as Operation: Iraqi Freedom and Operation: Enduring Freedom.
Ryan Huber began their educational journey in 2013 at Bakers School of Aeronautics, where they obtained an Airframe and Powerplant Certificate in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician. Ryan then attended Northern Virginia Community College from 2016 to 2018, earning an Associate of Science in Philosophy. In 2018, they transferred to American University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in August 2021. Most recently, Ryan Huber has been attending the Flatiron School, studying Software Engineering and Web Development.
