Brady O. Mont-Louis

Brady O. Mont-Louis has over a decade of experience in facilities management and business development. Brady O. served as the Regional Director of Facilities Management at FirstService Residential from 2010 to 2018, overseeing the physical aspects of 32 communities and ensuring compliance with safety standards and financial goals. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as the Director of Cyber Facilities Management at Cyber Facility Management Consulting, focusing on the development and implementation of AI and IoT-driven facility management solutions. In 2019, they joined Associa, first as the Director of Business Operations and then as the Director of Sales and Business Development. From 2020 to 2022, they held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Automate My Facility, where they led efforts to deploy a cellular network of sensors for real-time indoor air quality monitoring and equipment operation monitoring. Currently, they serve as the Director of Corporate Engineering at Remington Hotels.

Brady O. Mont-Louis holds an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering, which was obtained from Texas A&M University from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, Brady pursued an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Houston Community College, where they studied from 1992 to 1994. In addition, Brady has obtained various certifications including Certified Facility Manager (CFM) from IFMA in 2019, LEED Green Associate from Leaders in Energy in 2018, Certified Engineering Operations Executive from the American Hotel & Lodging Association in 2005, General industry Safety and Health from OSHA 10 Hour Training in 1998, Certified Pool Operator from the National Swimming Pool Foundation in 1997, and a certification from the Environmental Protection Agency obtained from Texas A&M University in 1995.
