Brian Bradford

Brian Bradford has extensive work experience spanning over two decades in various accounting and finance roles. Brian most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Accounting at Remington Hotels starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Accounting and Finance at ACIS - Air Conditioning Innovative Solutions, Inc. from 2020 to 2022, where they also served as the Controller from 2020 to 2021.

Before joining ACIS, Bradford worked as the Corporate Controller at CIG Logistics from 2017 to 2020. Brian also gained significant experience during their tenure at Daseke Inc., where they served as the Assistant Controller of Financial Reporting from 2015 to 2017. During their time at Daseke, they played a critical role in the company's SPAC merger, resulting in its listing on NASDAQ.

Prior to Daseke, Bradford held various roles, including Director of Financial Reporting at YP from 2014 to 2015, Accounting Manager of Financial Reporting at AmeriCold Logistics from 2011 to 2014, Director of Financial Reporting at PRGX from 2008 to 2011, and Manager of Consolidations and Financial Reporting at Orthofix from 2007 to 2008.

Bradford began their career as an Audit Manager at CohnReznick LLP from 2000 to 2007, where they gained experience in financial statement review, client relationship management, and implementation of the Sarbanes Oxley Act.
