Christian Chen

Christian Chen has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and consulting industries. Christian is currently serving as the Vice President of Feasibility & Underwriting at Remington Hotels since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Aimbridge Hospitality as a Senior Director of Development and a Senior Development Analyst, where they managed deal flow, underwrote projects, and provided development support for boutique and lifestyle operating arm, Evolution Hospitality. Christian also gained experience as a Senior Consultant at CBRE Hotels, where they analyzed and recommended decisions to developers and developed expansion strategies. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Operations Consultant for Canabru Coffee, where they aligned store operations, conducted market analyses, and implemented procedures to improve the company's profitability.

Christian Chen received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, graduating in 2014. In addition, they hold several certifications including Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) from Smith Travel Research and the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, Sommelier Level 1 from The Court of Master Sommeliers, and ServSafe Certification from the National Restaurant Association.
