James Anders

James Anders, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in various HR roles. James most recently worked at Remington Hotels as an Area Director and HR Business Partner. Prior to that, they served as an Employee Relations Manager at Salesforce on a contract basis. James also worked at ITT Educational Services as a Senior HR Partner, where they provided leadership and support to multiple districts and remote locations. James has also held positions at Internal Medicine Associates, Best Buy, Regency Place, First Data Corporation, and the US Department of Commerce, where they gained experience in areas such as HR management, training, payroll administration, and operations management.

James Anders, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University Bloomington, where they pursued a double major in Personnel and Labor Relations & Policy Administration. In addition, James has obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Word from The Macarthur Group, SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP from SHRM, and certifications in ADP Payroll Processing & HR Profiles and Retail Management Training.
