Rick Badgley

Rick Badgley has extensive experience in various leadership and executive roles within the hospitality industry. Rick is currently serving as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Remington Hospitality, where they oversee HR activities for Remington and The Ashford Group of Companies. Prior to this, Rick held the position of EVP, Chief Administrative and People Officer at Brinker International, where they were responsible for defining and executing strategies, as well as overseeing various departments. Rick has also held leadership roles at TOMS, Starbucks, Wyndham Worldwide, Corporex Companies, Elliot Associates, and the Art Institute of Atlanta. Rick's expertise lies in human resources, talent management, staffing, and organizational development.

Rick Badgley attended Johnson & Wales University from 1987 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Restaurant. Rick then continued their education at Johnson & Wales University from 1990 to 1992, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Hospitality Administration.
