Yvette Rivera has extensive experience in the field of human resources, starting with their role as Director of Human Resources at The Carlton Hotel from 2006 to 2009. Yvette then served as the Director of Human Resources at the Wyndham Garden Hotel Times Square South from 2009 to 2012. After that, Yvette worked as the Human Resources Director at Balthazar from 2012 to 2015. Following this, they joined Bed Bath & Beyond as the Human Resources Director in 2015. Currently, they are employed at Remington Hotels, where they have held the positions of Complex Director of Human Resources since 2018 and more recently, as the Area Director, HR Business Partner from September 2019.
