Kara Walters

Kara Walters is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and operational excellence, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager in Partner Operations Quality at Remitly since October 2022. Prior experience includes a 10-year tenure at Amazon where Kara held various senior program management roles, overseeing quality metrics and operational processes across multiple logistics initiatives, including the successful launch of major delivery stations and the Amazon Go organization. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Financial Analyst focused on East Coast delivery stations and managing a $3 billion tax audit process.
