Eartha Watkins

Eartha Watkins has extensive experience in music education and administration, currently serving as Office Manager for the Albany State University National Alumni Association since January 2022 and as a Music Instructor at Albany State University since September 2019. From June 2000, Eartha has been a Licensed Drum Facilitator with Remo Inc., conducting therapeutic drum sessions and community workshops. Prior experience includes a long tenure with the Dougherty County School System from September 1985 to 2017, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing music programs, coordinating events, and managing logistics as Music/Band Coordinator and concluding as Band Director. Eartha holds a Master of Arts in Music Education from The Ohio State University, an Educational Specialist degree from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Albany State University.
