Rick Kelley

Rick Kelley is currently working as the Engagement Director at Remodel Health since 2021. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Worthington Christian Schools. From 2008 to 2007, they were the Director of Operations, Customer Experience and Labor Systems at Wendy's International, where they led the national implementation of Customer Experience Initiatives for Company and Franchise Restaurants. From 2007 to 1997, they held the position of Chief Performance Officer at Graeter's Ice Cream, where they were responsible for 14 retail stores, distribution to over 150 grocery and wholesale accounts, and production of all ice cream products. From 1997 to 2008, they worked at Wendy's International, Inc. as the Director of Strategic Initiatives, Project Manager of Strategic Initiatives, and Field Training Manager.

Rick Kelley attended Minnesota State University, Mankato from 1975 to 1979, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
