Prior to that, Sarveen worked at Shares where they held the position of Director, International Expansion & Authorizations. Additionally, Sarveen gained experience in the defense and education sectors. They served as a Lead Analyst at the Singapore Armed Forces and as a Relief Educator at the Ministry of Education, Singapore.

Sarveen C. completed their education at various institutions over the years. In 2010 to 2013, they attended Ngee Ann Polytechnic, where they obtained a Diploma in Accountancy. Sarveen then pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship at Hult International Business School from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, Sarveen obtained a Certificate in International Organisations: Institutions of Global Governance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Later, they pursued a Master of International Business with a focus on Business Analytics from Hult International Business School from 2017 to 2018. Alongside their formal education, Sarveen also obtained additional certifications.
