Remora Talent Advisory

"Reveal talents" People stand at the heart of business strategy and execution, and the management of talent has become the burning issue of business leaders. Key executives, however, get increasingly frustrated with traditional Search firms and their transactional model (Partners selling rather than executing, one size fits all, client hopping, disappointing business focus and flexibility). They expect advisors who will help them actively manage the talent gap (the growing scarcity of key skills and key people), revealing external and internal talents through a robust point of view, a structured process, a global outlook and the ability to deliver results in a tailored, agile way. We believe… * in being small and global * our core business and only assets are client relationships (and candidates are also our clients) * Talent Advisory goes beyond Search * a discussion about talent is a discussion about business strategy * in working for a limited number of selected clients * Partners should execute their missions from end to end * we act as career advisors to our candidates * in personal responsibility and sustainable development
