Nicole Matthews

Nicole Matthews possesses extensive experience in clinical governance and compliance, currently serving as Operations Manager at RMI since September 2020. In this role, Nicole develops and maintains medication formularies for numerous global projects and acts as a subject matter expert on electronic health records, inventory management, and OSHA compliance. Previously held positions include Manager of Clinical Compliance at RMI and Campaign Coordinator for Collins for the 55th. Prior experience as a paramedic at Middlesex Hospital and American Medical Response highlights strong capabilities in emergency medical services and training. Nicole holds an MBA from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Connecticut.
