Carl Mears

Carl Mears is a Senior Scientist at Remote Sensing Systems and a Member of the Board at Center for Climate Protection. Prior to these positions, Carl worked at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory as a Member of Technical Staff, where Carl developed Ultra-Low Temperature Detectors for X-ray and Gamma-Ray Radiation. Carl holds a PhD in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley.
