Roy Leckonby

Roy Leckonby has held several positions in the technology industry since 2001. From 2001 to 2007, they were the Production Manager at ColorLink, Inc. During this time, they were responsible for managing two separate manufacturing facilities with up to 40 assembly technicians. From 2007 to 2014, they were the Director of Global RMA Operations at Spectralink Corporation, where they were responsible for up to 8,000 repairs/month of consumer telephony products. In 2014, they became the Director of Operations at RealD, where their responsibilities included supply chain, purchasing, manufacturing, personnel leadership and management, quality management, logistics, and project management. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Supply Chain Manager at RavenWindow, where they developed and managed relationships with key suppliers and initiated projects to consolidate the supply chain. In 2018, they became the General Manager at QalibreMD (QMD) and developed a 5-year Operating Budget and Proforma statement. In 2019, they joined RemoteLock as the Director of Operations and Supply Chain Manager, where they were responsible for material resource planning for raw materials and finished goods.

Roy Leckonby completed their MBA in Operations Management from Regis University between 2005 and 2006. Roy then went on to receive their Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business between 1995 and 2000. In 2011 and 2012, they attended the University of San Francisco and earned a BPM - Business Process Management in Business Process Reengineering. Finally, they completed a CPIM - Certificate in Production and Inventory Management from APICS - The Association of Production and Inventory Control Management between 2012 and 2013.
