Daria L.

Daria L. has extensive work experience in various roles within the human resources and recruitment fields. Daria started their career at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) in 2014 as an Office Management/Travel Associate and worked there until 2016. Daria then joined British American Tobacco as an HRSS specialist for a few months. In 2016, they moved to Ciklum where they initially worked as a Recruitment Researcher before being promoted to Recruitment Consultant. In this role, they managed the full cycle of recruitment, including candidate search, selection, screening, interviews, and reference checks. Daria also established effective cooperation with clients and provided support to candidates during the probation period. In 2019, Daria joined SimCorp as a Human Resources Consultant and worked there until 2022. Daria then worked at DeltaFunc as a Recruitment Lead for a year before joining RemotelyTalents in 2023 as a Talent Acquisition Manager.

Daria L. completed their master's degree in International Economics and Management from the University KNUE, from 2009 to 2015. In 2013, they studied Business English and Business correspondence at the British Study Centers in London for one year. In 2008, they attended the Oxford School of English Language and Literature for a brief period. Additionally, in 2020, Daria obtained a certification in Occupational Personality Questionnaires 32 from SHL.
