Sebastian Alvarez

Sebastian Alvarez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sebastian began their career in 2008 as a Freelance Web Developer and worked on various projects until 2011. In 2009, they also worked as a Teacher and IT Consultant and Developer at UNC - Facultad de Filosofía y Humanidades. Sebastian joined Think-Thanks in 2009 as a Web Developer and later worked at LamMovil as a Drupal & Moodle Developer. In 2010, they worked as a BI Developer at Media 8.

In 2011, Sebastian joined Olapic, Inc. and held multiple roles, including Lead Product Developer and VP of Engineering. Sebastian also briefly worked as a Freelance Wordpress Developer at Worry Free Labs and as a FullStack Developer at Photorank.me.

In 2020, Sebastian co-founded Remotely.works and assumed the position of Co-Founder & CTO. Prior to this, they served as the CTO of Storypod.

Throughout their career, Sebastian has gained extensive experience in web development, product development, and engineering management.

Sebastian Alvarez attended Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 2005 to 2011, where they obtained an Engineer's degree in Systems Engineering.
