Mike Fitzbaxter

Michael Fitzbaxter is the Founder of Remote Social, established in July 2020, where the focus is on creating exceptional team connections. Prior to this, Michael co-founded Antler in 2020, contributing to the future of remote work. Experience includes roles such as Group Product Manager at Deputy and Head of Content and Guidance at Auth0, where responsibilities encompassed leading documentation, learning initiatives, and identity advocacy. Michael also held significant positions at Atlassian as Principal Product Manager - Identity and at Telstra as Lead Product Owner, overseeing cloud identity solutions. With a background in digital strategy and UX design, Michael co-founded the digital agency Y Collective, serving high-profile clients, and worked as a DJ and music producer for many years, showcasing a diverse skill set in both technology and the arts. Educational foundation includes a Certificate IV in Graphic Design from Billy Blue College of Design.
