Tara de Alicante, PHR has extensive experience in human resources and has held various roles throughout their career. Tara is currently the Director of People and Culture at Removery, a position they have held since September 2021. Tara de Alicante, PHR, completed their education at Portland State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Leadership in 2016. Additionally, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in July 2016. Tara further expanded their expertise by becoming a Certified Trainer in Color Code Personality Science in November 2018.
