Tami Kennedy has over 15 years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Tami started their career as a Branch Manager at ACT ONE PERSONNEL in 2002, where they worked until 2006. In 2006, they joined RemX | The Workforce Experts as a Market Manager and held this position until 2012. Tami then advanced to the role of Market Director and worked in this capacity until 2018. From 2018 to 2022, Tami served as an Area Director, managing the Southern California markets and overseeing recruitment divisions specializing in various industries. As of October 2022, they have taken on the role of Director of Sales, Strategic Alliance at RemX | The Workforce Experts. Tami is skilled in implementing strategies, executing initiatives, and building partnerships with small to mid-sized companies.
