Shailesh Gurung

Shailesh Gurung has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Principal Research Associate at ReNAgade Therapeutics since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Research Associate at Editas Medicine from October 2021 to January 2023.

Before transitioning to the industry, Shailesh served as a Graduate Student at Cornell University from June 2018 to July 2021. During their time there, they focused on reprogramming bovine and ovine iPSCs, as well as studying IL6 signal transduction in bovine trophoblast cells.

Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Poultry Science at Texas A&M University from 2016 to 2017. Lastly, they studied Animal Sciences at Cornell University from 2018 to 2021, although the specific degree attained is not provided.
