Andy Jenn

Andy Jenn is the current CFO at Renaissance Alliance. Andy has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Andy started their career as an engineer at McDonnell Douglas and then transitioned into the insurance world, where they have held various leadership positions. Andy was most recently the Chief Operating Officer, Global Broking at Aon Risk Solutions. Andy has been with Renaissance Alliance since September 2019.

Andy Jenn has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.

Andy Jenn reports to Kevin Callahan, Chairman & CEO. They are on a team with Mike Cormier - Chief Revenue Officer, Tom Henell - CMO & SVP, and Tess Wartman - SVP, Agency Services Product Management.
