Tess Wartman

Tess Wartman is the SVP, Strategic Development at Renaissance Alliance. Tess has over eight years of experience in the insurance industry, including management positions at Hi Marley Inc, Marsh & McLennan Companies, and Renaissance Alliance.

Tess Wartman began their career in 2013 as an Analyst on the Strategy & Planning team at Marsh & McLennan Companies. In 2015, they were promoted to Senior Analyst, and in 2017 they were promoted again to Assistant Vice President. In 2018, they left Marsh & McLennan Companies to join Hi Marley Inc as their Director of Strategic Partnerships. Tess Wartman was with Hi Marley Inc from January 2018 to December 2020.

In January 2021, Tess Wartman joined Renaissance Alliance as their SVP, Agency Services Product Management. Tess is responsible for leading product management for their agency services division.

Tess Wartman has a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University and a degree from Harvard Business School.

Their manager is Kevin Callahan, Chairman & CEO. They work with Manuel Ruiz Iii - SVP, Southeast Agency Services, Tom Henell - CMO & SVP, and Michael Freilich - Chief Product Officer.
