David Williamson

David Williamson has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. In their current position as VP of Human Resources at Renaissance Life and Health Insurance Company of America, they oversee HR functions. David also serves as a Board Member at Prevail, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Progressive Insurance, where they handled HR integrations from December 2021 to July 2022. Before that, they held various leadership roles at Protective Insurance, including Vice President of Human Resources, Sr. Director, Director, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Supervisor, and Benefits and Compensation Specialist. David also worked as a Center Director at Active Day, Inc. and as a Residential Services Supervisor at Wishard Health Services.

David Williamson completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Counseling Psychology from Johnson University in 2008. David holds the certification of SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
