Stuart Middleton

Stuart Middleton is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in catering and dining management. Currently serving as the Catering & Dining Operations Manager at Renaissance Care (Scotland) since July 2022, Stuart also holds the position of NACC Scottish Chair since January 2020. Previous roles include Regional Development Chef and Head Chef/Support Chef at MEALLMORE LIMITED from October 2014 to July 2022, where a focus on improving nutritional care was emphasized. Stuart's career includes experience as a Sous Chef at Drummuir Castle, where corporate hospitality and attention to detail were key learnings, as well as a brief stint in work experience at Gleneagles Hotel. Stuart began culinary expertise as Head Chef at Abbeyvale Nursing Home from March 2007 to June 2013 and holds an HNC in professional cookery obtained from Moray College in 2013.
