Thy Tran

Thy Tran is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in business consulting, culinary arts, and community engagement. Since June 2018, Tran has served as a Business Consultant and Finance Instructor at the Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center, focusing on supporting women and people of color through nonprofit micro-enterprise business planning courses. As a founding member of the Survival Project, Tran contributes to a multidisciplinary artist collective exploring resilience strategies. Tran also holds the role of Proprietor and Chef-Instructor at Wandering Spoon, emphasizing sustainable food systems and culinary history. Additional roles include Researcher, Analyst, and Strategist at Bryan Wu & Associates, and Founder & President of the Asian Culinary Forum, dedicated to Asian cuisine education. With a diverse educational background that includes degrees in American Studies and Professional Culinary Arts, and ongoing studies in Sustainable Development, Tran demonstrates a commitment to fostering equity and cultural understanding in various communities.
