Natasha Leonard Younger

Natasha Leonard Younger, M.P.A., currently serves as the Community Partnership Director at Renaissance Financial, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Natasha worked as the Director of External Relations at the Foster & Adoptive Care Coalition from October 2018 to January 2024, where responsibilities included managing fundraising budgets and securing sponsorships. Prior to that, Natasha held the role of Director of Development at Annie Malone Children & Family Services, directing ethical fundraising practices and overseeing special events. Natasha's earlier experience includes working with the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis and the City of St. Louis, focusing on community outreach and public relations. Natasha holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Millikin University.
